Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY
All of our products at www.hospitalairmattress.com are brand new and our manufactured with the highest quality meeting medicare guidelines and wound care experts approval. Some items such as hospital bed frames drop ship directly from the manufacturer. If for some reason the product is defective or is received damaged please call us immediately so we may address the problem. It most cases a replacement will be shipped immediately or the damaged part will be replaced right away.

Some merchandise can be returned if unused and unopened. Returns must be made within 7days of receiving the product and include a return authorization number (RMA #). We will issue a 100% refund for store credit. A 20% restock fee will apply to items returned with an approved RMA #. 
PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without a Return Authorization number will NOT be credited.
Products must be returned in the original packaging and must be unused and like new. 
Due to Health and Insurance regulations the following items may not be returned 
Alternating pressure mattress systems 
Alternating pressure overlays 
Please understand alternating pressure mattresses are products used to treat and heal bed sores. They cannot be returned due to the risk of staff infections and the spread of disease. This policy is designed to protect our customers. All products are 100% brand new and are clean and safe. 
Orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee. This fee covers merchant fees and warehousing pick and pack services. 
SHIPPING AND HANDELING 
www.hospitalairmattress.com offers fast free shipping on all of our products. We have warehouses located throughout the United States.  Warehouses are located in New Jersey, Atlanta , Chicago, Texas , and California. 
Most products will deliver within 3 business days, subject to location (rural areas) and holidays, and weather can sometimes cause additional delays. Next day air and 2nd day air options are available for an extra fee. 
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the approved RMA item to us. If delivery of an item is refused (unless refused due to damage), return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and applicable restocking fees will be applied. Next day air and 2nd day air costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
Credits


Once your return is received we will issue a credit to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit to be issued. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 30 days.

Total Refund Processing Time Includes:

5-10 business days for us to receive return from shipper
5-10 business days for us to verify and process your return
2-10 business days for the bank to post the credit back to your account.
Damaged / Defective Items

If you discover an item has been damaged in shipping, please refuse delivery. Then immediately contact us at 800-401-6020 

All damage/ shortage claims must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product (Please note all damages on the Bill of Lading or ship ticket).

This will allow us to report to the manufacturer the damage and inform them the product is being returned. Additionally, it allows us to immediately replace and re-ship a new product or credit you for the return.
